DISCLAIMER= all the ingredients mentioned here are natural. It may cause you irritation and that’s normal until it causes severe irritation. If it turns out unpleasant then please stop using it. Not everyone has the same hair type. It may be boon for one bane for others.

Hello!, Yes! I sometimes feel blessed to have natural straight(almost) hairs “*thanks to my mom for transferring it to my DNA**”. But not caring for it just because it’s good doesn’t make sense. ” Ugh! Why am I praising myself ?. Ok let’s stop this here and get into the solution. Many of us suffer from day-to-day hair problems like hair-fall, roughness, dandruff, etc. But rather than finding out the solution we keep on regretting and repeating the same. But now you need not to worry. Look what I’ve got for you, “hair-care routine”

Let’s start…..<3<3<3

1. Oiling = gone are those days when we oiled our hairs to nourish them. I may sound like a typical aunt. But it’s true we have time for social medias but not for oiling our hairs. Oiling is not only a nourishing process for our hairs but it also helps deal with major problems. Different oils perform Different activities. Ok! So I know some of them.

Coconut oil = This oil is rich in lauric acid and easily penetrates inside the hair shaft it is great to use as a daily conditioner. It also helps lock in moisture giving it a gorgeous glow and shine. It is a natural way to help your hair grow longer, thicker, and faster. This is easily accessible in your nearer market so what are you waiting for? Go and grab it.

Almond oil = Those tasty vitamin enriched almonds also benifits the hair. It has hydrating properties which provides lustrous shine to our hairs. It’s rich in vitamin B-7, or biotin, so almond oil helps to keep hair and nails healthy and strong

Olive oil= Olive oil could add softness and strengthen hair by penetrating the hair shaft and preserving moisture. The shine said to come from olive oil may be due to the oil smoothing the outer cuticle of the hair. If it’s not accessible, the link is given at the bottom go and check it out!

Castor oil= a very unpopular but very efficient oil. I personally use it. Castor oil has been claimed to have many benefits including strengthening strands, promoting hair growth, and nourishing dry scalp.

Ok that’s it Now come to the second part. “Shampoo”

2. Shampoo= the reason why I kept shampoo before the hair mask is that once you wash you hairs with the shampoo, the hair cuticles open up. Due to which the masks get absorbed by your fresh scalp. So, after oiling, apply your favourite shampoo. However, chemical free shampoos would work the best.

3. Hair mask = So, this is a home remedy. Why need to purchase one when you can make it with simple kitchen ingredients. For this you need

▪︎ 2 tbsp of thick curd/ egg white (depending on the length of your hair)

▪︎ 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice

▪︎ 1 tbsp of your favourite oil. ( I’d recommend olive oil for best effectiveness)

▪︎ 1/2 tbsp of honey

PROCEDURE= mix all ingredients together and leave them for a minute. Apply it all over your hairs. Massage your scalp for 2 minutes and leave it for 30 min. Rinse it with water.

4. Conditioner = after washing and drying (60%) your hair. Apply your favourite Conditioner. You can skip this part as your mask contains all conditioning properties but if you have very rough hairs. And have the urge to condition then do apply it.

5. Serum= a very important process that we often forget. Yes, serum. It helps coat the hairs surface. It controls frizz, boosts smoothness, reduces split ends and promotes shine. Use ayurvedic serum. I would suggest the “kama ayurveda hair serum”

I promise this content will not be as difficult as understanding an introvert. In our day-to-day life we come across many outspoken, action-oriented, enthusiastic, out-going and friendly people. Beside, we also have people who are non-friendly, anti-social, reserved, quiet and shy.

The society brings out three kind of people. Extrovert- social and outspoken, ambivert- both social and Anti-social, introvert- Anti-social and quiet.

Problems faced by introverts

I’ve realised that I am also an introvert . So here is the list of problems I being an introvert face-

1. Social anxiety

2. Insecurities

4. Fear to express emotions and opinions

3. Shyness

5. Frequent emotional exhaustion

6. Depression

7. Anxiety

Introverts have introversion within themselves which creates tendency to be concerned with one’s own thoughts and feelings.

How to talk to an introvert?

1. Talk about their Ambitions = introverts are very quiet but deep inside they have huge desires. They all want is to build their future and talking about it wouldn’t only add conversations but also will benifit you.

2. Life lessons = believe me introverts suffer obstacles almost everyday and they have the greatest power to overcome it and overcoming it teaches them lessons. So when you visit introverts, do ask them their biggest life lesson.

3. Hobbies and interests = introverts are expert in learning new hobbies the reason is simple as they spend time alone, so they keep indulged in activities they enjoy.

4. Try to be comfortable with silence = when you talk to an introvert, do not expect gossips. Try not to speak frequently. Control your emotions if you are really interested in talking to them.

5. Never fake yourself = If you really want to talk to them. Don’t over-do things to please them. In other words, Don’t fake yourself. Be real and control your mind.. that’s it. Authenticity would add a cherry on the cake.

• How to tackle introverts – actually, introverts are good people. They aren’t evolving so don’t worry about it. But their aggressive behaviour and over-quietness can sometime frustrate you. If you feel bad about it then do tell them to work on it.

A misconception about introversion-

Being an introvert has now become a fashion. People be coming and saying they are introverts who are all partying around with their friends. No, introversion isn’t what you show, it’s what you hide. Being introvert isn’t only about shyness. It’s social anxiety that one faces. Bodyshaming and judgments that they come across are really tough to deal with. They may act as if they don’t care but believe me it hurts. Anxiety attacks, mood swings and depression is something you can’t get rid of if you are an introvert. So let’s not make it a trend but do respect them and their feelings because you only see what they show. Lots of love to all the introverts out there 💕

“Education for equality “

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” – Nelson Mandela. Education has the power to make everything possible. In many countries, including India, the girl child is discriminated against from the early childhood. In many rural areas Educating girls aren’t considered worth it. Poor parents do not consider it to be an economical investment. They instead invest in the education of their son. Since boys are the bread earners, their education is given the maximum importance.

Even the girls prefer to do home chores, domestic responsibilities and even lack aspiration. From their early childhood they are taught all home chores rather than studies. They are said that women are the primary care givers in the family and educating them would bring burden on their families.

Fortunately, many schemes and NGOs are growing with high facilities for girl child education. A very renowned NGO – Educategirls established by Safeena Husain (Founder and Executive Director) in 2007. Educate Girls’ is a non-profit that focusses on mobilising communities for girls’ education in India’s rural and educationally backward areas.Strongly aligned with the ‘Right to Education Act’ or the ‘Samagra Siksha’, Educate Girls is committed to the Government’s vision to improve access to primary education for children, especially young girls.

Educating girls will not only help in the country’s economy but also will make them aware of their rights, future, Ambitions, health and sanitation.

5 most effective abs workout ( at home)💪

Ab workouts are my personal favourite. And simple exercises related to abs are considered more effective and safe. Most of the maladies start impacting the body from the day you start growing abdominal fat.

DISCLAIMER: Not all bodies are same. Some body starts impacting at a rapid pace and some takes quadrimester to show effects. Don’t ever lose hope. Keep it regularly scheduled.

5 Most effective abs workout for beginner.

Core strength is one of the biggest motivators for doing situps. By strengthening, tightening, and toning your core, you reduce your risk of back pain and injuries.

By developing a strong core you will help improve your posture and be better able to stabilize your movements. It can help build muscles

The V-sit an effective way to target the rectus abdominis, external obliques, internal obliques, and hip flexors while improving core and trunk balance. You are not alone if you are unable to do more than 10 to 12 of the V-sit ab exercise before you reach failure. Feeling the burn means the exercise is working.

The bicycle crunch is excellent for activating the rectus abdominis, your upper abdominal muscle. And this is my favourite 💕

More muscle generally means a slightly boosted metabolic rate. There are few exercises that can match the plank in terms of core muscle stimulation, making it a favourite for any muscle building regime.

Whether you choose a conventional plank exercise, a side plank, an uneven plank, or any other variation, your core muscles will be worked hard.

Come on ! Hold it for more few minutes 💪

That’s it… try these workouts and see the difference. I tried them and it worked. If you liked this blog then please follow 💕

Everyone want job security right? But almost all companies disclaim. Indigo published a new cadet course. CAE is proud to partner with IndiGo in the delivery of a new pathway for the IndiGo Cadet Pilot Programme – International Pathway. Selected cadets will train across two of CAE’s academies in India and the USA. This self-sponsored International Pathway is jointly designed by CAE and IndiGo to enable you to train for a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and an Airbus A320 Type Rating with CAE before going on to fly as an A320 First Officer with IndiGo.

The unique IndiGo Cadet Pilot Programme – International Pathway is specifically designed for individuals with no previous flying experience who would like to embark on a career as a pilot.

The programme comprises two phases of training.

Phase 1: Ground Theory & Flight Training

This phase provides cadets with the training required to obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with a Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR) and to complete the required Multi-Engine piloting experience.

Cadets will induct at our academy in Gondia to undertake the ground school training and theory examinations. The visa documentation for the USA shall be processed immediately from the date of induction with the assistance of the CAE customer services team.

Upon completion of ground school training and required examination as per regulatory, cadets will transfer to CAE’s academy in Phoenix, USA where they will undertake flight training for the CPL, MEIR and the Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).

Upon completion of CPL / MEIR / UPRT at the respective training location, cadets return to CAE’s academy in Gondia for the DGCA license conversion.

Phase 2: Type Rating

Once the cadets have obtained their CPL, they move on to the Type Rating (TR) training phase to qualify as a co-pilot on the Airbus A320 aircraft. Type rating training will be conducted at one of CAE’s global network of training centres such as Bangalore, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid or Dubai.

The duration of the CPL training is planned at 17 months, which comprises 12.5 months in the USA for flight school & UPRT training, 4 months of ground school in India for the theoretical knowledge training and a further 2 weeks of license conversion training at the Gondia campus upon return from the USA. The Airbus A320 type rating is planned at an additional 2 months. However, DGCA licensing, scheduling, cadet performance, weather, and any other delays will extend the duration of the cadet programme.

Look, I personally would love flying aircrafts beyond the sky. In fact, flying planes have always been in my dream list.

So here are the steps one must follow to become a commercial pilot (in india)

1. Take PCM( physics, chemistry and mathematics). After 10th, when given a choice between three streams, do choose PCM. If you’ve already chosen Arts or Commerce or Bio-science, there’s no need to worry. You can study mathematics from NIOS which stands for the National Institute of Open Schooling. For further information=

2. Give exams and tests. Exams are important to choose the best candidates but in the feild of aviation, you don’t have to study much. The Exams are based on basic numerical. As per as my knowledge an average student can easily crack this. The major exam is DGCA (The Directorate General of Civil Aviation). After this you must clear medical tests. There are two medical tests, medical 1 and medical 2. These tests are really tough. I would recommend you to do the medical test first and then sit for the DGCA exams. Link =

3. Get into the flying school. A good flying school is very important. There are end numbers of schools all over the world. But if you want to look for the schools in india. I have a list for you-

List of all DGCA approved pilot training academies in India.

In the Flying school you will get the CPL (commercial pilot licence) which claims that you’ve had the training for 200 hrs of Flying. The time period depends on the flying schools. The cost of this course may vary between 10 lakhs to 70 lakhs depending upon the flying school. I will recommend you to do a lot of research while choosing the schools. You should know how to fly both multi and single engine aircrafts.

4. Go for type rating. Type rating is a 2 years course to learn the big aircrafts like boeing and airbuses. In the fly school you’ll learn to fly the small aircrafts (Cessna172). Type rating would cost you 20-30 lakhs. Indigo airbuses costs around 20 lakhs.

The income of a Co pilot begins from 1.2 lakh per month. And a captain in india earns more than 7 lakhs per month.

I believe, this job is the best becuase you’ll never get bored of it. Flying aircrafts is always fun but dangerous too.

In the past few years skin care has developed a vital role in one’s life. I personally think that skin care isn’t only for women but also for men too.
